OUR MAJOR CUSTOMERS:

TVS & their ancillaries, All BHEL units, All SAIL units, L&T, MacNully Bharat, MIDHANI, India Meters, Walchandnagar Industries, Simtools, Godrej, HMT, Burn Standard, TISCO, ABB, Fanuc, Wirpo and a number of other customers from large, medium and small scale.


MAJOR FETE

1. For L&T, we converted one of their condemned lathes (10 meters long x 3 meters heigh x 2 mtr width & wieght:16 tons) into a floor type milling-cum-boring machine
2. To TISCO, Walchandnagar Industries, we converted the back rest of their floor type boring machine into a 3 Axes milling machine.
3. To MIDHANI, we developed a special milling machine of 20 HP, which mills one of the hardest titanium alloys known to the world at spindle speeds of 16 RPM.
4. For BHEL, we developed a machine which rotates huge rotars of their special motors inside a furnace at a very high temperature of 600 degrees continuously for 6 days at a stretch. The speciality of this machine is its special heat-resistance metallurgy, special bearings, special lubricants, special drive transmission members etc which continuously gets exposed to a high temperature on non-stop basis for 6 days at a time.
5. We have converted a boring back rest of BHEL, Bhopal into a drilling, boring & milling machine. The main features of the conversion are sensorless vector drive controlled 10 HP unit head,3 HP feed units for all the 3 axes, hydraulic clamping for all the 3 axes movements, PLC operated control system in combination with a number of limit switches, special coolant system etc. The overall size of the machine is 3 meters long x 3 meters height x 2 meters width. Total weight will be 8 tons.

We started as a proprietary concern in 1985, specialising in planomilling conversion. We have converted over 400 planers into planomillers all over India. In 1996, we became a Private Limited Company, the undersigned being the head of its operations and general management. We are a small team of young professionals, always looking for technical challenges. Our goal is to give the best to our customers at a reasonable price. We have an in-house design office and machine-shop, which is complete with all inspection facilities
